This is My Story
I actually started plastering back in 2003-4. I was at school and whilst my passion has always been playing the guitar, I was told I needed a “proper job” and that having a trade was the way to go.
Since then I worked with a family member at the highly reputable Poynton Plasterers – a firm renowned for high standards of work.
This education taught me a lot about the craft – as well as the importance of quality work and excellent customer service.
Becoming a Qualified Plasterer.
I went to college in Trafford Park to study plastering and completed my NVQ levels 1 & 2 in plastering.
I then started getting requests for work from family and friends. From the excellent feedback I received, in 2015 I decided to set up my own business – RJA Plastering.
In the time since then, I have worked as a plasterer in Stockport, Manchester, Salford Quays and been called out as far as Liverpool and Sheffield.

Who is Ryan Arnfield?
I currently live with my girlfriend in Shaw Heath, Stockport, although I spent my early years in Gorton, East Manchester. Once I moved to Stockport with my mum, sister and younger brother I went to school in Cheadle Hulme.
When I left school in 2004, I became a plasterer, and whilst I have done a variety of things around my plastering – it is plastering that is my profession.
As well as spending time with my partner and my family, you will probably see me out and about socialising in Cheadle Hulme, Bramhall or Manchester City Centre.
I am also a guitarist in two bands, Purple Heart Parade and Freakout Honey – and have played all over the country. Not many plasterers around here can say that!
Thank you for taking the time to check this website out and hopefully I will hear from you.
